Welcome back to School and a special welcome to all our new families.

Congratulations to Roman, Riley and Ted who competed in the Primary Engineer competition at Smithills School against many other schools from the North West. We are very proud to announce they only went and won it!

Well done to all our children for their efforts in sports day. Thank you to CSSP and Albany Academy for being fantastic hosts!

For those of you who were fortunate to attend the assembly on Friday you will have enjoyed the talent and sheer exuberance of our children performing alongside their guitar and ukulele tutor Max. It was absolutely amazing and another example of how extensively talented our children are. They certainly did create memories that will last...

Today the Children took part in the Sports for School scheme. They had a fabulous time meeting the Paralympic cyclist – Craig McCann who was a true inspiration for all the pupils and staff. They took part in lots of circuits and drills. What a way to end the term!

Amazing and Eggs-traordinary! Once again the Easter competitions showed how imaginative and creative our children (and families) are! Thank you to everyone who decorated eggs, made beautiful, blossoming Easter gardens and really ‘went to town’ on the magnificent Easter Bonnets/hats/fascinators! We had more bonnets this year than ever before!

What a fantastic week we have had in school.  We were lucky to have Wes Magee, Alec Williams and Fizzy Tree Theatre who carried out drama workshops based on famous books. The performances were absolutely amazing from the children. We finished our week with the children dressing up as their favourite characters and taking part...

The ever popular Breakfast with Santa was once again a huge success, special thanks to the elves who worked hard into the night to transform the hall into Santa’s Grotto.
